Introducing Our "Little Rascals"

Not quite old enough to remember this era, but old enough to know I have loved the little rascals as young as I can remember...

and so I am inspired by a thought in my head, a little flicker of a lightbulb goes on. and here we are.. :)

My awesome, awesome Father, I had a vision in my head and he saw it and helped me out so much.. He pretty much set the stage for us and welcomed all of us into his home... and he built the most amazing go-Kart ever.. The kids never wanted to get off of it... :)

To all the parents of these Little Rascals, for giving up their time for me so I can create something wonderful... Thank you, Thank you...
To my cousin Felicia, who was the needle and thread behind Darla's adorable attire.. pretty cute huh.. :)
To my awesome husband, who helped me through it all... I love you soooo much...

and the biggest thanks of course goes to our very Own Little Rascals themselves... Will (Alfalfa), Ruby (Buckwheat), Gianna (Darla) and my boy Ryder (Spanky)
I love these kids, and they were such troopers through it all.. They really just thought they were on one big play date.... AWESOME!!!!! :)

I first met Matt when his daughter Madeline was first born, but at the same time, he was grieving over the loss of his beautiful wife Liz, who had just passed 27 hours after giving birth... He has been through many emotions through this time, but I am so proud of his accomplishments and his journey that took him to write his story and to share with all of us.

I have photographed Matt and Madeline on a few occasions and when he asked for one of the pictures I took to be the cover of his book.. I was completely honored to say the least...

Matt, I am so proud to call you a friend and we will continue to follow your journey to see what is in store for you next.

Maria and Alex are Engager's for sure.. :)

It's so fun to hear how couples meet.. and what attracts them to each other...

Alex is a sports guy, he likes to go to the movies, will do Karaoke and he can be funny... Maria is a crafter, a shopper and has a sweet tooth for macaroons..
and together they brought the full definition of engage with them.. they love Picnicking, dancing, hiking, loving, laughing and a good scrabble game... Perfect.. ;)

and I am so honored to document all their love here...

I love the way they make each other laugh and smile...

the smell, the soft skin, those toes!!!!! aaaaah! he sure is loveable... Meet Baby Ethan... This one is going to be quite the charmer, I tell you... future lady newborns.. Watch out! :)
