Pretty darn cute, I must say... :)

I had a great time on this session... The family was awesome, the kids were awesome.. and the light in the back of their home... Pure yumminess... :) I kept going till the light was no more... aaaaaah!... awesome...

Slurpee fun... :)

I remember the days, when getting a Slurpee was a real treat for us kids... It would be a special day, the last day of school, maybe a minimum day or my birthday... We as kids were so excited... My Dad would get his traditional lemon lime gatorade, and we would go straight to the Slurpee machine... fill them up, then take some sips of it, and fill them up again... you know.. we had to get all we could at that one visit... :)

I'm on a quest of capturing those same memories as I had in my own children.. I want them to experience all the fun things that my brothers and I experienced when we were young... and one of those memories was going to the 7-11 and getting a Cola Slurpee... ;) Yum... We were off...




at first taste.. "Mom, this is kinda of spicy" Ha...

Now, they have all kinds of flavors, a new one.. Mango peach.. Hmmmm.) I still love my cola..





I really don't think they cared for the taste at first, but they were so gracious enough to not tell me to my face.. Only whispers to each other and 90% filled cups when we got back in the car.. Ha... :)

Giggles... This first picture shows a little bit how our session got started, but it sure did not end that way... Promise... :) She warmed up quite a bit for me...

What a fun session this one was.... I love, love, love photographing newborns... The freshness, the smells.. it is quite lovely, ya know... :)

Miss Laynie was wide awake for the most part of our session, and when I tried the ol' swaddle thingy... she pushed her way out of those... Ha!!!!... I can tell you right now.. This girl is and will be DETERMINED... Yes, she will and I love it, and everything about her...

Aly and Karyn.. Thank you for welcoming me into your beautiful home and letting me have a chance to play with your beautiful girl... she is quite the beauty...

My only word for this session is "LOVELY"!

But first... we have to get ready for our own family shoot... Yup! that's right... you heard it.. For the very first time ever.. We are getting our own family pictures done by a professional photographer this weekend... Yippeeee! I am soooooo , so nervous, but all at the same time, I am extremely excited... More details on our photographer and OUR very own pictures to come in a later post..

Squeal!!!!!!!! Can you tell I am excited... :) now off to figure out.... What to wear !*?:)

Meet Miss "L"

I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful little girl recently, and when her Mom brought out this beautiful bright pink tutu... I squealed with delight! Weeeee! There is just something about a little girl and her tutu... Dancing, twirling, laughing and the ice cream... Oh! the fun we had... :)
