and that's the truth... these girls do everything together...so of course, they wanted to do their graduation shoot together... and I thought that was so great...

It was very hard to get these girls not to giggle for a few, because there were allot of giggles on this one.. It was so much fun...

and still do... it is not very often that Chris and I get to go out on a date, and we took advantage of it.. Kids were well taken care of and off to the big city it was...
only if it was just for a few hours, we had a blast.. we took our cameras and enjoyed each others company... I miss our alone times and we need to do it more often....

The un-traditional session

I just love it when Grad's/seniors can just be themselves and show their personalities off in a session. If not, then why do it? right... Anyhoo, I have been asked if I would do the more traditional photos for seniors...No, not really.. because I think young teens are much more than traditional...they have this energy, good vibes, awesome spirits, some awesome talent and they are just downright so cool. So why not show off who they really are?..... so traditional...not so much...We want to remember them just as they are at this moment...

This was such a fun senior session.... We had the chance to drive around the city together. (Wow, thanks parents for trusting me on this one) looking for some cool location shots and we got to know each other a bit. What an all around cool guy ...

David is an honor student, aspiring filmmaker, a musician and a Sunday school teacher to the 4 year olds... Does it get any better than that your senior year?...

I know I have said this before, But I feel very blessed to work with such awesome children and great parents....When I do these sessions, I go away feeling like I made some really cool friends.... I was blessed to meet another awesome family who welcomed me into their home and trusted me to capture their family just as they are.... making silly faces, jumping off walls and taking strolls downtown...What a fun afternoon...
